Jumat (4/11), Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) Unhas melaksanakan Sosialisasi Panduan Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Tahun 2023 bersama Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Hasanuddin (FF-UH) yang berlangsung di Ruangan Senat fakultas farmasi Unhas.

LPPM merupakan suatu lembaga yang layak dan memiliki kapasitas dalam menyelesaikan serta mengadvokasi permasalahan yang berkembang dalam masyarakat. Terutama yang berkaitan dengan pengaplikasian ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan sains (Ipteks).

Kegiatan dibuka oleh Wakil Dekan Bidang Kemitraan, Riset, dan Inovasi FF-UH Yulia Yusrini Djabir, MBM.Sc., M.Si., Ph.D., Apt. selaku moderator. Selain itu, kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh dekan FF-UH, para wakil dekan FF-UH, dosen-dosen pengajar FF-UH, sekretaris LPPM Unhas Ir. Suharman Hamzah, Ph.D., HSE. dan direktur Inovasi dan Kekayaan Intelektual Unhas Asmi Citra Malina, S.Pi., M.Agr., Ph.D.

Dalam pengantarnya, Sekretaris LPPM bertindak sebagai narasumber menuturkan bahwa sosialisasi ini lebih kepada bagaimana membangkitkan semangat peneliti-peneliti khususnya lebih junior agar nantinya proses-proses regenerasi dapat  berjalan lebih baik.

Terdapat beberapa perbedaan yang cukup mendasar dalam panduan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tahun 2023. Pada tahun ini, jenis skim penelitian hanya ada satu yaitu skim Penelitian Fundamental Kolaboratif (PFK) dan dua jenis skim untuk Pengabdian Masyarakat. Perbedaan kedua yaitu waktu pelaksanaan. Penelitian yang telah mendapatkan pendanaan diberikan waktu mengerjakan penelitian mulai dari Februari hingga November 2023. Perbedaan ketiga yaitu keadilan. Tahun-tahun sebelumnya, peneliti yang sudah mendapatkan hibah dikti tidak dapat lagi mendapatkan hibah internal. Namun saat ini, peneliti diberi peluang untuk ikut hibah keduanya. Perbedaan keempat yaitu pembiayaan yang seragam. Dimana tahun sebelumnya menggunakan range pembiayaan namun saat ini disepakati biaya yang seragam. Perbedaan terakhir, LPPM menyediakan narasumber. Narasumber akan mendampingi dosen yang mendapatkan penganggaran dari LPPM untuk mendampingi proses-proses penelitian jika diperlukan tetapi lebih khusus pada proses bagaimana membantu mendapatkan luaran yang menjanjikan.

“Harapan dari perubahan-perubahan panduan ini yaitu memperbanyak partisipasi dari dosen-dosen untuk meneliti sehingga tidak ada lagi alasan seorang dosen di Unhas tidak dibayarkan tunjangannya akibat dekadenya di atas aspek penelitian” ujar Ir. Suharman Hamzah, Ph.D., HSE.

Materi sosialisasi Panduan Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Tahun 2023 ini dibawakan oleh direktur Inovasi dan Kekayaan Intelektual Unhas Asmi Citra Malina, S.Pi., M.Agr., Ph.D. Dalam materinya, ia memaparkan mengenai panduan teknis pengajuan proposal penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.

Dalam panduan terbaru skim penelitian PFK, jumlah tim peneliti yaitu minimum 7 orang yang terdiri dari unsur Prodi yang sama, unsur Prodi yang berbeda pada fakultas yang sama, unsur dari luar fakultas di Unhas, serta unsur di luar Unhas (dalam atau luar negeri). Selain itu, skim penelitian PFK tersebut luaran wajibnya hanya satu yaitu artikel ilmiah dimuat di jurnal internasional terindeks Scopus.

Kegiatan berlangsung dengan lancar, dilanjutkan sesi tanya jawab oleh dosen-dosen farmasi Unhas dan diakhiri foto bersama.

Faculty of Pharmacy and LPPM Unhas Hold Socialization of 2023 Research and Community Service Guidelines

Friday (4/11), the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) Unhas carried out the Socialization of the 2023 Research and Community Service Guidelines with the Faculty of Pharmacy, Hasanuddin University (FF-UH) which took place in the Senate Room of the Unhas faculty of pharmacy.

LPPM is an appropriate institution and has the capacity to resolve and advocate for problems that develop in society. Especially those related to the application of science, technology, and science (Science).

The activity was opened by the Deputy Dean for Partnership, Research and Innovation FF-UH Yulia Yusrini Djabir, MBM.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., Apt. as moderator. In addition, this activity was attended by the FF-UH dean, FF-UH deputy deans, FF-UH teaching lecturers, secretary of LPPM Unhas Ir. Suharman Hamzah, Ph.D., HSE. and Unhas Director of Innovation and Intellectual Property Asmi Citra Malina, S.Pi., M.Agr., Ph.D.

In his introduction, the Secretary of LPPM as the representative, said that this socialization was more about how to rise the enthusiasm of researchers, especially those who are more junior so that later the regeneration processes can run better.

There are several quite fundamental differences in the guidelines for research and community service for 2023. This year, there is only one type of research scheme, namely the Collaborative Fundamental Research (PFK) scheme and two types of schemes for Community Service. The second difference is the execution time. Research that has received funding is given time to work on research from February to November 2023. The third difference is fairness. In previous years, researchers who had received Dikti grants could no longer receive internal grants. But now, researchers are given the opportunity to take part in both grants. The fourth difference is uniform financing. Where in the previous year the financing range was used, but at this time a uniform fee was agreed upon. The last difference is that LPPM provides resource persons. Resource persons will assist lecturers who receive budgeting from LPPM to assist research processes if needed but more specifically in the process of how to help obtain promising outcomes.

“The hope for these guideline changes is to increase the participation of lecturers in research so that there is no longer any reason for a lecturer at Unhas not to be paid his allowance due to his decades of research aspects,” said Ir. Suharman Hamzah, Ph.D., HSE.

The 2023 Research and Community Service Guide for socialization material was delivered by the director of Innovation and Intellectual Property Unhas Asmi Citra Malina, S.Pi., M.Agr., Ph.D. In his material, he explained the technical guidelines for submitting research proposals and community service.

In the latest guidelines for the PFK research scheme, the number of research teams is a minimum of 7 people consisting of elements from the same study program, elements from different study programs in the same faculty, elements from outside the faculty at Unhas, and elements outside Unhas (domestic or foreign). In addition, the PFK research scheme has only one mandatory output, namely scientific articles published in Scopus indexed international journals.
