[:id]Program Studi Profesi Apoteker (PSPA) Fakultas Farmasi UNHAS mengadakan Sidang Terbuka Pengambilan Sumpah/janji Apoteker pada hari Selasa (6 Juli 2020) bertempat di Ruangan 4005. Turut hadir beberapa pihak dalam sidang tersebut, di antaranya perwakilan Dinas Kesehatan Sulawesi Selatan, Ketua Pengurus Daerah Ikatan Apoteker Indonesia (IAI), Komite Farmasi Nasional yang diwakili oleh dekan fakultas farmasi UNHAS. Sidang Terbuka Pengambilan Sumpah/janji Apoteker ini merupakan kegiatan sumpah profesi perdana yang dilakukan secara kombinasi luring dan daring dalam masa pandemi COVID-19. Masa pandemi COVID 19 telah memaksa adanya pembatasan pertemuan berskala besar sehingga pengucapkan sumpah/janji profesi yang menjadi syarat registrasi tenaga kesehatan sesuai amanah UU RI harus mengikuti protokol kesehatan pencegahan COVID-19, sehingga prosesi pengambilan sumpah dan pelantikan akan dibatasi jumlah dan interaksi antar peserta sehingga prosesi digilirkan menjadi beberapa sesi menggunakan beberapa ruangan besar dengan jarak antar peserta diatur, penggunaan masker, face shield, pengaturan jalur dan dilakukan pemeriksaan suhu tubuh.
Sidang terbuka tersebut secara resmi dibuka oleh Subehan, S.Si., M.Pharm.Sc., Ph.D., Apt. selaku Dekan Fakultas Farmasi USD. Pengambilan sumpah diawali dengan pembacaan Surat Keputusan Dekan Fakultas Farmasi UNHAS oleh Dra. Ermina Pakki, M.Si., Apt. selaku Ketua Program Studi (Kaprodi) Profesi Apoteker. Sebanyak 75 Calon Apoteker mengucapkan sumpah pada sidang terbuka tersebut yang dipimpin oleh Dekan fakultas farmasi yang mendapatkan mandat dari Komite Farmasi Nasional didampingi oleh rohaniwan dari 4 agama dan kepercayaan para calon apoteker sesuai sesi masing-masing. Pada kegiatan 65 mengikuti prosesi penyumpan secara luring dan 10 sisanya mengikuti secara daring, adapun kegiatan ini di bagi menjadi 6 sesi.
Setelah pengambilan dan pengucapan janji peserta sesi keenam, kegiatan dilajutkan dengan Dekan fakultas farmasi UNHAS membacakan sambutan ketua Komite Farmasi Nasional, berisi tentang ucapan selamat dan berbangga serta harapan kepada para peserta lulusan profesi apoteker fakultas farmasi Universitas Hasanuddin yang telah mengikuti kegiatan penyumpahan dan pengambilan sumpah, mendapatkan dokumen tertulis berupa Ijazah, surat sumpah, STRA dan Serkom yang menunjukkan para para apoteker ini layak untuk dan menerima kewenangan dari pemerintah untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian yang meliputi, pembuatan termasuk pengedalian sediaan framasi sesuai undang no 36 tahun 2009.
Pada akhir Kegiatan dekan FFUH memberikan kalimat penutup sekaligus menutup sidang terbuka “Dengan mengucapkan syukur ALHAMDULILLAH, sidang pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah apoteker dengan ini dinyatakan selesai.
Salah satu apoteker baru atas nama apt. Muh. Shaolihin , S.Si. mengatakan bahwa walaupun adanya berbagai pembatasan interkasi antar peserta dan ketidak hadiran orang tua sebagai salah satu wujud protokol kesehatan untuk pencegahan covid 19, “kegiatan penyumpahan ini tetap berlangsung dengan hikmat dan terima kasih kepada para dosen sekaligus orang tua kami di fakultas farmasi yang telah membimbing dalam proses pendidikan kami”, tak lupa jaga ucapan selamat kepada para apoteker yang lain. “Tentunya ini merupakan momen yang menggembirakan karena (pencapaian) ini sudah lama kami tunggu-tunggu” ujar apt. Arfiatul, S.Si.[:en]The Pharmacist Professional Study Program (PSPA), Faculty of Pharmacy, UNHAS held an Open Session of Pharmacist Oath-taking on Tuesday (6 July 2020) at Room 4005. Several parties were also present at the session, including representatives of the South Sulawesi Health Office, Chair of the Regional Management The Indonesian Pharmacists Association (IAI), the National Pharmacy Committee represented by the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, UNHAS. This open session of pharmacist oath taking/pledge was the first professional oath activity to be carried out in a combination offline and online during the COVID-19 pandemic. The period of the COVID-19 pandemic had forced restrictions on large-scale meetings so that the pronouncement of professional oaths which is a requirement for registration of health workers according to the mandate of the Indonesian Law must follow the COVID-19 preventive health protocol, so that the procession of oath-taking and inauguration will be limited in number and interaction between participants. For that reason, the procession was rotated into several sessions using several large rooms with the distance between the participants being regulated, the use of masks, face shields, setting the path and taking body temperature checks.
The session was officially opened by Subehan, S.Si., M.Pharm.Sc., Ph.D., Apt. as Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy. Taking the oath began with the reading of the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy UNHAS Decree by Dra. Ermina Pakki, M.Sc., Apt. as the Head of the Pharmacist Profession Study Program. A total of 75 pharmacist candidates took their oaths at the open session led by the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy who received a mandate from the National Pharmacy Committee accompanied by clergy from 4 religions and beliefs of the pharmacist candidates according to their respective sessions. In the activity 65 followed the feeder procession offline and the remaining 10 followed online, while this activity was divided into 6 sessions.
After taking and pronouncing the promise of the sixth session participants, the activity was continued with the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy UNHAS reading the speech of the chairman of the National Pharmacy Committee, containing congratulations and pride and hopes for the participants who were graduates of the pharmacist profession of the Hasanuddin University pharmacy faculty who had participated in swearing and swearing activities, obtain written documents in the form of diplomas, oaths, STRA and Serkom which show that these pharmacists are eligible for and receive authority from the government to carry out pharmaceutical practices which include manufacturing including controlling the preparation of phrases according to law No. 36 of 2009.
At the end of the activity, the Dean gave a closing sentence as well as closing the open session. “With saying ALHAMDULILLAH, the inauguration and oath-taking session of pharmacists are hereby declared over.
One of the new pharmacists on behalf of apt. Muh. Shaolihin, S.Si. said that although there were various restrictions on interaction between participants and the absence of parents as a form of health protocol for the prevention of Covid 19, “This oath-taking activity continues with wisdom and thanks to our lecturers as well as our parents at the Faculty of Pharmacy who have guided in our educational process ”, do not forget to keep congratulations to the other pharmacists. “Of course, this is an exciting moment because we have been waiting for this (achievement) for a long time,” said apt.
