[:en]Makassar, the Hasanuddin University Faculty of Pharmacy provided package assistance for residents around the campus and non-medical personnel at the referral hospital in front of the Unhas Faculty of Pharmacy building (3 April 2020).

“This is the beginning of a series of Unhas Care Pharmacy activities which will last until Tuesday, April 7, 2020. It is hoped that humanitarian activities like this can continue because there are still so many people out there who need our helping hand,” said Yusrini.
Based on the results of data collection by the BEM Pharmacy management and the Covid-19 Pharmacy task force team. Today is the first phase, the Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas will distribute aid in the form of 100 packages (basic needs, masks and hand sanitizers produced by the Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas) for employees and Pharmacy cleaning services; daily laborers on campus; and students who survive around campus or are in boarding houses.
Besides that, there were also 100 packages (masks and hand sanitizers produced by the Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas) which were distributed for non-medical personnel at the Covid-19 Referral Hospital including Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo; RSP Unhas and RS Dr. Tadjuddin Chalik.
Muhammad Akbar Bahar S.Si., M.Pharm.Sc., Ph.D., Apt. as the activity coordinator, expressed his gratitude to the donors. This assistance package is very helpful for residents, especially students who survive around the Unhas campus who may have difficulty meeting their basic needs.
“There are about 70 students that we will provide package assistance around the Unhas campus. Not only Unhas students, but also from other campuses” said this young lecturer of Unhas Pharmacy, who is familiarly called Mr. Ochank.
Students who will be given food packages, masks and hand sanitizers come from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Economics and Business, & nbsp; FKM, FISIP, Pharmacist profession (Unhas).
Other students came from KPI, Islam, Tarbiyah (Unismuh Makassar), Health Analyst (Poltekes); Sports (UNM); Communication (UIN); TLM (Poltekkesmuh).
These basic food packages consist of 5 kg of premium rice; 1 liter cooking oil; 1 kg of flour; Indomie soup and fried; tea and canned milk. Each food package is accompanied by a mask and hand sanitizer produced by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Hasanuddin University.
Subehan S.Si., M.Pharm.Sc., Ph.D., Apt. as the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Hasanuddin University, is grateful that this donation can help ease the burden on the community, especially students around campus who have survived the covid-19 pandemic.
“The conditions of the people with different incomes, as well as very limited sending of students from their families. Hopefully this package from the Faculty of Pharmacy can help alleviate their needs” said Subehan.
The Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas also has a covid-19 task force team that is active in educating the public by distributing infographics in the form of correct information in straightening out some news / information that can panic the public, for example information related to antiseptics, disinfectants, herbal medicine, chloroquine drugs, vitamin C and disinfectant booths.[:]
