[:id]Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Hasanuddin menyelenggarakan acara Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah Apoteker Periode Oktober 2022 pada hari Selasa (18/10). Acara dilaksanakan secara offline dan online melalui platform youtube. Acara yang berlangsung secara offline dilaksanakan di Baruga A.P. Pettarani Universitas Hasanuddin dimana sebanyak 92 Apoteker baru resmi dilantik dan diambil Sumpah Apotekernya.

Acara ini dihadiri oleh Ketua Konsil Kefarmasian diwakili oleh Wakil Ketua Konsil Kefarmasian Drs. Heru Sunaeyo, Apt., MKM., Ketua Umum Pengurus Pusat IAI diwakili oleh Wakil Sekretaris Jendral PP IAI apt. Ardiansyah, S.Si., M.H., Ketua Umum Pengurus Daerah IAI Sulsel Prof. Dr. Gemini Alam, M.Si., Apt., Dekan Fakultas Farmasi Unhas Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Marianti A. Manggau, Apt., dan Ketua Program Studi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Unhas Abdul Rahim, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D., Apt.

Acara Sumpah Apoteker dimulai dengan menyanyikan lagu kebangsaan Indonesia Raya dan Mars Universitas Hasanuddin yang dipimpin oleh perwakilan mahasiswa. Prosesi sidang dibuka dan dipimpin oleh Dekan Fakultas Farmasi Unhas kemudian dilanjutkan dengan laporan Ketua Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Unhas, Abdul Rahim, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D. Apt. dengan membacakan surat keputusan pelantikan.

Dimulainya proses Pelantikan dan Pengambilan Sumpah Apoteker oleh Wakil Ketua Konsil Kefarmasian menandai puncak acara sedang berlangsung. Seluruh Apoteker baru kemudian diminta berdiri bersama dan mengikuti pengucapan lafal dan pengambilan sumpah dengan khidmat. Pengambilan sumpah dilakukan menurut agama masing-masing yang didampingi oleh para rohaniawan.

Apoteker baru kemudian melakukan penandatangan dan penerimaan dokumen-dokumen seperti Surat Sumpah dan Surat Tanda Registrasi Profesi Apoteker serta Sertifikat Kompotensi Apoteker. Agenda selanjutnya ialah penyerahan Apoteker baru oleh Ketua Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Unhas kepada Ketua Umum PD IAI Sulsel dan Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi (atau yang mewakili).

Sidang ditutup oleh ketua sidang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan agenda menyanyikan hymne IAI dan lagu Bagimu Negeri serta pembacaan doa yang dipimpin oleh Apt. Fiqri Algafiqh Abdillah, S.Farm.

Serangkaian sambutan diawali oleh perwakilan Apoteker baru sekaligus Ketua Panitia Apt. Zulfadly, S.Si., dilanjutkan dengan sambutan Wakil Sekretaris Jendral PP IAI apt. Ardiyansyah, S.Si., M.H., dan Wakil Ketua Konsil Kefarmasian Drs. Heru Sunaeyo, Apt., MKM. Acara diakhiri dengan penyerahan cindera mata oleh apoteker baru kepada fakultas farmasi unhas dan foto bersama dengan tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan Covid-19.

Selamat untuk para Apoteker baru, semoga menjadi lulusan yang bermanfaat dan berdaya saing khususnya di bidang kesehatan.[:en]The Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Hasanuddin held the Inauguration and Oath-Taking of Pharmacists of the October 2022 Period on Tuesday (18/10). This event was held in a hybrid manner at Baruga A.P. Pettarani Universitas Hasanuddin, also through the online platform Youtube. At this event, 92 new Pharmacists were officially inaugurated and vowed their  Pharmacist Oaths.

This event was attended by the Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Council, represented by the Vice Pharmaceutical Council, Drs. Heru Sunaeyo, Apt., MKM., Chairperson of the IAI Central Executive represented by the Deputy Secretary General of the IAI Central Management apt. Ardiansyah, S.Si., M.H., General Chairperson of the IAI Regional Administration of South Sulawesi Prof. Dr. Gemini Alam, M.Sc., Apt., Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas Prof. Dr.rer.nat. Marianti A. Manggau, Apt., and Head of the Pharmacist Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas Abdul Rahim, S.Si., M.Sc., P.hD., Apt.

The session was opened and led by the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas then continued with a report from the Head of the Pharmacist Profession Study Program of the Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas, Abdul Rahim, S.Si., M.Si., P.hD. apt. by reading the letter of appointment.

The event’s highlight was marked by the inauguration and the taking of the Pharmacist Oath led by the Vice Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Council. All new pharmacists were asked to stand together, follow the pronunciation, and vow the oath solemnly. This oath-taking was carried out according to their respective religions, accompanied by clergy.

The new pharmacists signed and received their oath letters, professional pharmacist registration certificates, and pharmacist competency certificates. This circumstance marked the switch of the subordination of the new pharmacist from the Head of the Pharmacist Profession Study Program of the Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas to the General Chairperson of PD IAI Sulsel and the Head of the Provincial Health Office.

At the end of the event, the new pharmacist’s representative and the event’s Chairman—apt. Zulfadly, S.Si.—delivered a series of speeches then, followed by remarks by the Deputy Secretary General of PP IAI, apt. Ardiyansyah, S.Si., M.H., and the Deputy Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Council, Drs. Heru Sunaeyo, Apt., MKM. The event ended with the handover of mementos by the new pharmacist to the Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas and a group photo session. This event was done by sticking to the Covid-19 health protocol.
