Makassar, Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Hasanuddin memberikan bantuan paket buat warga sekitar kampus dan tenaga non medis rumah sakit rujukan di depan gedung Fakultas Farmasi Unhas (3 April 2020).

“Ini merupakan awal dari rangkaian kegiatan Farmasi Unhas Peduli yang akan berlangsung hingga hari Selasa 7 April 2020. Sangat diharapkan kegiatan kemanusiaan seperti ini dapat terus berjalan karena masih sangat banyak masyarakat di luar sana yg membutuhkan uluran tangan kita” ujar Yusrini.

Berdasarkan hasil pendataan pengurus BEM Farmasi dan tim satgas Covid-19 Farmasi. Hari ini merupakan tahap pertama, Fakultas Farmasi Unhas akan menyalurkan bantuan berupa 100 paket (sembako, masker dan hand sanitizer produksi Fakultas Farmasi Unhas) diperuntukkan buat pegawai dan cleaning service Farmasi; buruh harian di kampus; dan mahasiswa yang bertahan di sekitar kampus atau berada di kos-kosan.

Disamping itu, ada juga 100 paket (masker dan hand sanitizer produksi Fakultas Farmasi Unhas) yang didistribusikan buat tenaga non medis di Rumah Sakit Rujukan Covid-19 meliputi RSUP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo; RSP Unhas dan RS Dr. Tadjuddin Chalik.

Muhammad Akbar Bahar S.Si., M.Pharm.Sc., Ph.D., Apt. selaku kordinator kegiatan menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih kepada para donatur. Bantuan paket ini sangat membantu warga khususnya mahasiswa yang bertahan di sekitar kampus Unhas yang mungkin kesulitan memenuhi kebutuhan pokoknya.

“Ada sekitar 70 mahasiswa yang akan kami berikan bantuan paket di sekitar kampus Unhas. Tidak hanya mahasiswa Unhas, tapi dari kampus lain juga ada” ujar dosen muda Farmasi Unhas ini, yang akrab dipanggil pak Ochank.

Mahasiswa yang akan diberikan paket sembako, masker dan hand sanitizer berasal dari Fakultas Farmasi, Fakultas MIPA, Fakultas Pertanian, Fakultas Teknik, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis,  FKM, FISIP, Profesi apoteker (Unhas).

Mahasiswa lainnya berasal dari KPI, Agama Islam, Tarbiyah (Unismuh Makassar), Analis Kesehatan (Poltekes); Olahraga (UNM); Komunikasi (UIN); TLM (Poltekkesmuh).

Pemberian paket sembako ini terdiri dari beras premium 5 kg; minyak goreng 1 liter; terigu 1 kg; Indomie kuah dan goreng; teh dan susu kaleng. Setiap paket sembako disertai dengan masker dan hand sanitizer produksi Fakultas Farmasi Unhas.

Subehan S.Si., M.Pharm.Sc., Ph.D., Apt. selaku Dekan Fakultas Farmasi Unhas bersyukur dengan adanya donasi ini bisa membantu meringankan beban masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa disekitar kampus yang bertahan akibat pandemi covid-19.

“Kondisi masyarakat dengan penghasilan yang berbeda, serta beberapa mahasiswa sangat terbatas kiriman dari keluarganya. Semoga pemberian paket dari Fakultas Farmasi ini, bisa membantu meringankan kebutuhan mereka” ujar Subehan.

Fakultas Farmasi Unhas juga memiliki tim satgas covid-19 yang aktif mengedukasi masyarakat dengan menyebarkan infografis berupa informasi yang benar dalam meluruskan beberapa berita/informasi yang dapat membuat panik masyarakat misalnya informasi terkait antiseptik, desinfektan, jamu, obat kloroquin, vitamin C dan bilik desinfektan.

“This is the beginning of a series of Unhas Care Pharmacy activities which will last until Tuesday, April 7, 2020. It is hoped that humanitarian activities like this can continue because there are still so many people out there who need our helping hand,” said Yusrini.

Based on the results of data collection by the BEM Pharmacy management and the Covid-19 Pharmacy task force team. Today is the first phase, the Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas will distribute aid in the form of 100 packages (basic needs, masks and hand sanitizers produced by the Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas) for employees and Pharmacy cleaning services; daily laborers on campus; and students who survive around campus or are in boarding houses.

Besides that, there were also 100 packages (masks and hand sanitizers produced by the Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas) which were distributed for non-medical personnel at the Covid-19 Referral Hospital including Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo; RSP Unhas and RS Dr. Tadjuddin Chalik.

Muhammad Akbar Bahar S.Si., M.Pharm.Sc., Ph.D., Apt. as the activity coordinator, expressed his gratitude to the donors. This assistance package is very helpful for residents, especially students who survive around the Unhas campus who may have difficulty meeting their basic needs.

“There are about 70 students that we will provide package assistance around the Unhas campus. Not only Unhas students, but also from other campuses” said this young lecturer of Unhas Pharmacy, who is familiarly called Mr. Ochank.
Students who will be given food packages, masks and hand sanitizers come from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Economics and Business, & nbsp; FKM, FISIP, Pharmacist profession (Unhas).

Other students came from KPI, Islam, Tarbiyah (Unismuh Makassar), Health Analyst (Poltekes); Sports (UNM); Communication (UIN); TLM (Poltekkesmuh).
These basic food packages consist of 5 kg of premium rice; 1 liter cooking oil; 1 kg of flour; Indomie soup and fried; tea and canned milk. Each food package is accompanied by a mask and hand sanitizer produced by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Hasanuddin University.

Subehan S.Si., M.Pharm.Sc., Ph.D., Apt. as the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Hasanuddin University, is grateful that this donation can help ease the burden on the community, especially students around campus who have survived the covid-19 pandemic.
“The conditions of the people with different incomes, as well as very limited sending of students from their families. Hopefully this package from the Faculty of Pharmacy can help alleviate their needs” said Subehan.
The Faculty of Pharmacy Unhas also has a covid-19 task force team that is active in educating the public by distributing infographics in the form of correct information in straightening out some news / information that can panic the public, for example information related to antiseptics, disinfectants, herbal medicine, chloroquine drugs, vitamin C and disinfectant booths.[:]
